Description
BLAST Premier is a global Counter-Strike tournament that sees the world's best teams and talent go head-to-head. The tournament series is the first and last event of the 2021 CS:GO calendar year taking place from February to December where BLAST will unite all major tournaments, offer opportunities to all regions and crown the world champions of Counter-Strike. All seven BLAST Premier tournaments have a combined prize money of $2,475,000. BLAST Premier is open to a wide range of CS:GO teams from around the globe making it the most inclusive and competitive series of events on the scene - teams will be able to qualify for these tournaments via the worldwide BLAST Premier Qualifying Series. Up to 32 teams will take part in the seven BLAST Premier events with potentially 80 teams competing in the qualifying events, which will be accessible to more than 1,500 teams via open qualifiers that feed into these regional competitions - all with one goal in mind, to qualify for and win the World Final in December.
