Game Setup & Hosting (normally an admin will share this code with you but there might be cases where a trusted player wil create the lobby)
Main Menu > Private Match > Create Private Match Select Free for All Select Game Setup > Map > Mercado Las Almas Leave everything else on default Return to lobby screen, then share the Game Code with opponents as per the example here To join the host's match, select Private Match > Join Private Match, and then type the code
IMPORTANT Please ensure your preferred loadouts are setup BEFORE your match is due to begin - this prevents any delays to starting the match. You can setup your loadout in advance by following the 'Game Setup' steps above then setting your loadout from the lobby screen.
Each top 2 ranked players will qualify for the main event and will have the chance to win 25€!
General By registering for this tournament, players acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to abide by all of the rules.
Any form of cheating, glitching, abusing in-game mechanics, or unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in a Forfeit of a Map, Match, or Ban from this tournament and future Hot Headed Gaming events. Punishable unsportsmanlike behaviour includes, but is not limited to, excessive use of foul or degrading language. In addition, breaking any rule may result in a forfeit of a Round/Map, forfeit of a Match, Verbal Warning or Ban from Hot Headed Gaming events.
The rules are subject to change at any time, so check them often. When a change is made, an asterisk (*) will be placed beside the updated rule.
No changes are able to be made to any tournament rosters (players, usernames, etc.) after registration has been completed. In general, players cannot change their Gamertags or PSNs after the registration ends.
As a participant, you are personally responsible for ensuring you are ready and available to join a scheduled match. The match host will share a game code in the Challengermode tournament chat - please ensure you join this match in a timely manner. If you do not join within a reasonable time (max 15 minutes after scheduled start), you will be disqualified from competing.
Gameplay Players must join via the host's shared game code and be ready to play at the scheduled Match Time. Any Player not in the lobby at Match time will be disqualified.
If there are players missing / not joined at Match Time, please report to an admin via the Challengermode Chat function
Any Players experiencing difficulties in joining the room must use Challengermode tournament chat function before the scheduled Match time.
Any Player caught inviting people to the game will be disqualified.
The Referee may decide to restart the Game at any time.
In the event of a tie for the top spots, the following criteria will be used to determine who advances: Most Kills, Least Deaths, Tiebreaker Map
All Matches Online tournament matches are expected to played at the default match time. For Single Elimination Online Tournaments that take place over the course of one (1) day, which are indicated in the Tournament Details under the Info Tab, times will be established by Online Tournament Staff. The matches MUST be played at the times which are indicated on the Brackets page. For Single Elimination or Double Elimination Tournaments that run over a period of day/weeks, default match times will be listed on the Info Tab. For specialty Tournaments created by the Director of Online Tournaments, default match times will be listed on the Info Tab.
If a match is played before the scheduled time, it will not be considered a warm-up and will count as the official scores. No warm-ups, or practices between teams are allowed during Online Tournament play.
If by 15 minutes past the scheduled Match start time a player isn't present please contact the Administration via Challengermode Tournament Chat, a decision will then be made on whether the match can proceed.
To get help with a No Show issue, you MUST contact a Hot Headed Gaming Admin via the Challengermode Tournament Chat. We must verify the No Show.
For any allegations of cheating, wrong weapons used, glitching, etc., you MUST contact Hot Headed Gaming via Challengermode Tournament Chat. Please ensure you capture your proof of the accusation, either via video or screenshot. Glitching accusations must be supported by video proof. Video proof can be edited to include only the section where the offense takes place; however, the video MUST include the score screen at one point.
Host Hosting refers to the selected player that creates a Custom Game Lobby for the Map. This will be announced via the Challengermode Tournament Chat by a Hot Headed Gaming admin. The selected player“hosts” the Map by creating the Custom Game Lobby and setting-up the Map. Please note that the use of the term “Host” below applies to the individual that creates the Custom Game Lobby.
Hot Headed Gaming Tournament Admins can be contacted on Challengermode Tournament Chat to answer any questions or solve any problems you may have during a Match.
If an Online Tournament Admin is called into a Custom Games Lobby, players must keep the Online Tournament Admin un-muted at all times.
Online Tournament Admins that enter a match have the discretion to make necessary calls to ensure the match is completed successfully. When in a match, the Staff member's call is final and must be followed. Failure to do so will result in penalties for your team. After the match, if you disagree with a call made, first you must accurately report the match and then you can submit a ticket for review by an Admin. Do not dispute the match on purpose.
Reporting Match participants must report scores after each Free For All match, a screenshot or attached photo of the scores is recommended
Cheating The use of any communications other than what is provided within the game is prohibited. For example, the use of Skype or private chatting during a match is not allowed. The only exception to this rule is for games that give you no advantage by using outside communication.
We have a zero tolerance policy for cheating. Players caught cheating, “glitching”, or abusing in-game mechanics in any way will be removed and banned from Hot Headed Gaming events.
Referees If you have any problems during a match, ask the Hot Headed Gaming Admin in the Challengermode Tournament Chat
All players must comply with the Staff member’s instructions. Failure to do so will result in a penalty and/or forfeit.
Verbally abusing Hot Headed Gaming members will not be tolerated. The individual user and/or team violating this rule will be subject to being banned.
General Match Information Players must join the Game Code shared by the host and be ready to play at the scheduled Match Time. Any Player not in the room at Match time will be disqualified.
If there are less players in the room at Match Time, the Match will continue with those present after the graceperiod of 15 minutes has passed.

Any Player caught inviting people who are not signed up to the game will be disqualified.
The Online Tournament Admin may decide to restart the Game at any time.
