Format Explainer

South Breach is built to test teams at every level. From the open qualifiers to the intense playoff battles, each stage is designed to reward consistency, skill, and resilience. This section walks you through the full tournament structure step by step so you can follow the road to glory.

Qualifiers

The journey begins here. Teams enter the open qualifiers and battle through a single elimination bracket. In each qualifier, only the top 3 teams earn their spot in the Group Stage, while everyone else fights to improve and prepare for the next chance. The competition is fierce, and every match counts.

Group Stage & Playoffs

Eight qualified teams enter the Group Stage, split into two groups. Each group plays a single round robin, where every match determines playoff seeding. The teams then advance to the Playoffs, a high-stakes double elimination bracket where every match is a Best of 3 and only the strongest survive.

Grand Final & Prize Pool

The journey ends with the Grand Final, where the two strongest teams battle for the championship. At stake is the biggest slice of the €20,000 prize pool, reserved for the team that rises above all others
