My name is Iwan "maciwan". I'm 22 Years old, and I've been playing Counter-Strike since 2014. I have been playing in the competitive scene since 2016.

Right now, I have 7000 hours in Counter-Strike, and I have been playing for lots and lots of teams. I have played for a European team where we did the ESL Major Qualifier 2020, and we played against the #72 HLTV team, and we won the match.

I also became 1st place at the FOM LAN in Belgium 27.0

I have experience coaching some ESEA intermediate teams. I've played in some Benelux (Netherlands and Belgium) teams, and I have experience in offline tournaments. I also played a lot of online tournaments.

For the last few years, I have been focusing on my playstyle and Faceit. Right now, I'm around 3600 elo on FACEIT. I played FPL-C Qualifiers, but I didn't make it in because I sadly did not have the time to play those few weeks.

What we will focus on with you is your playstyle, which comes first. Second, we will discuss how you can get better "teamwise" and then, later on, I will show you some tricks and tips to right your wrongs.
