My name is Iwan "maciwan" I'm 18 Years old and I've been playing Counter Strike since 2014 and I"m playing in the competitive scene since 2016.

Right now I have 4500 hours in Counter Strike and I have been playing for lots and lots of teams. I have played for a European team where we did the ESL Major Qualifier 2020 and we played against the #72 HLTV team and we won the match.

I have experience coaching some ESEA intermediate teams. I've played in some Benelux (Netherlands and Belgium) teams and I have experience in offline tournaments. I also played a lot of online tournaments.

The last few years I have been really focussing on my own playstyle and Faceit. Right now I'm around 3000 elo, I played FPL-C Qualifiers but I didn't make it in because I sadly did not have the time to play those few weeks.

What we will focus on with you is your own playstyle becomes that comes first. At second we will discuss how you can get better "teamwise" and then, later on, I will show you some tricks and tips to right your wrongs.

This is high-level coaching and It doesn't matter what rank you are.
