For the 3rd season, we’ve decided to move forward as a new brand - Baltic Masters (previously Baltic Esports League - BEL)

League schedule:

• Regular season: September 22 - October 20 (every Sunday 14:00 EEST)
• Playoffs: October 27 14:00 EEST (Single-elimination BO3)
• Offline finals will be held on November 16th during GameOn 2019 in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Official Ruleset

Crucial changes:

1. Every team can have up to a maximum of 2 substitutes and substitute players to their roster during the whole season. If the team is unable to find a substitute player before the season, players can be added/changed during the season up to 3 times, but Baltic Masters Official/Coordinator must be made aware of any new addition to the team at least 72 hours to the next game via email esports@gameon.lt.
2. In order to save the spot in the league, at least 3/5 of previous season roster needs to stay the same. Two weeks before the regular season you will have to make check-ins. This rule does not affect organizations which had contracts with their players last season, organizations, in this case, can make complete roster changes.

For new teams

Mandatory pre-qualifiers for new teams will be played 11th or/and 15th of September. You are allowed to participate in both. Seeding in league divisions depends on these qualifiers. New teams will be seeded to the lowest division. More information about league structure:

All teams from Season 2 need to confirm their participation in Season 3 by making check-ins in League page and filling this form until September 9 14:00EEST: https://forms.gle/8aHVADAUiPx7xg5W8.
After 14:00 EEST additional request for participation will not be accepted. Teams check-ins will be open from September 6.

CS:GO Division 1 consists of six teams, four of them going into the playoff stage, while the 5th and 6th-placed teams and the top 2 Division 2 teams of each group will play for the spots in Division 1 in Season 4.
